    Hi All,
I am really sorry but I am getting nowhere here, and although support are answering me with a day or two, every time it seems to create a new problem.

This is all I want to do.

I have a product that sells for $399.

I want to offer a trial of $1 for 7 days.

So, pay $1 today and you will be billed the other $398 in 7 days unless you cancel.

    I use paypal.

Now, the question I asked support was, do I have to check recurring billing, and anything else.

They said, yes, check recurring billing and set recurring times to 2.

So I did that and now if I click on the order link and fill out the order form, it says

    An Error has occured

Incorrect value for expire days: 2037-12-31

OK, so looking back through this forum, it seems that one person had this issue and they fixed it because they changed the product duration from 'lifetime subscription' to 'monthly subscription', but in their case, their product was a monthly subscription - and mine is not!

So, can anyone tell me how I have to set up my product to do the above?

    Thanks
    Dean

I think this thread was also talking about it?

I think theres a bug in the plugin that wont let you set a trial price followed by a one time fee. Usually, trial price is used with a recurring fee which is how alex probably wrote the plugin. It will work with as few as 2 payments after the trial, just not 1 lifetime.
