I'm having this same problem as Kendra. I requested the install and its 2 days later and not even a word from amember. I've sent multiple tickets...and not one response. Funny though how when I was inquiring about purchasing the script and I sent a message it received a response in less than a day. After I've made the purchase..I don't hear anything. Also..the guarantee that is placed on the site should be taken down a worded differently. The word guarantee shoud be removed and replaced with other wording that doesn't say something that they can't live up to.
An Update To Report I made a post earlier about not hearing from anyone at amember about my script installation. Well, I'm happy to report that I now have the script installed and I would like to issue a big thankyou to Alex and his team. He said that he was a little busy... And that's all I needed to know...
