I am at loss. Maybe I am stupid. 1. If I am logged in as a members, I cannot find a way to cancel the auto renew option. Where is it? 2. If I am logged in as an ADMIN, I cannot find how to cancel the auto renew for a user. Where is it? WHY would this feature be removed? I really hate how Version 4 is transfoming. I know change it good but so far, it's been a big pain.
What payment processor(s) are you using? What is invoice status? Is it active or may be already cancelled?
