We're looking for a fix to this issue that has been present in Amember for years. In the "Your payment history" tab, a Cancel Subscription link appears for recurring subscriptions. upon clicking the link a popup appears and cancellation takes place. However, the Cancel Subscription link does not update on the page, only a page refresh updates the status to canceled on the page. I am aware the subscription is actually canceled, but it's unreasonable to assume the user would know this. has anyone figured out how to make this work so the Payment History page updates after clicking cancel? This is a signifcant issue for us. We have 8000 members, and many people DO get confused by the cancel button remaining present after the cancel is complete. thanks.
First I've heard of it confusing users, but I can certainly see how that could be the case. As a short term fix you can add "user coaching" verbiage on the cancellation popup alerting them.
