We have recently upgrade aMember from v.3 to v.4 and we noticed that lots of members don't have the "cancellation link" anymore on their "payment history". We use PayPal and PayPal Pro as our payment gateway. Is there a way that we can "force it to show"? It is very frustrated for uses who want to cancel their membership. Please advise. Thanks,
Is there an update on this issue? Users should have the ability to cancel without submitting a ticket.
