I'm looking to add a Survey to the cancellation form to get a better feedback on the service we provide. How can I go about installing such a plugin on amember? It should be simple and straightforward, after the user selected a drop-down answer, then they can proceed to canceling their amember membership. Thank you for your help, David-
Canceling will dependon which payment system you use. For example, with paypal_r the member cancels at paypal. If you are billing locally- then this is something that could be developed. David
Lets say we are billing locally, how would you go about installing such plugin? For paypal, members can cancel via a edit subscription link I created on the site, there's no need for them to login to their paypal account.
Yeah, but some people will cancel through their paypal account instead... as they will not bother logging into your members area when they can log into the familiar paypal interface Just because you built it that way (put up a button there) doesn't mean people will use it...
let's forget about Paypal. about 90% of my member use credit card so is there a survey I can use for the credit card system? Thanks!
