Cancellation, Then Reinstatement Possible?

    I have Amember integrated with 1Shoppingcart.

    I have two products I am selling. One was an initial rollout price and the other is a full price. One of the clients who signed up for the initial price cancelled and now wants to come back for the same price and we wish to grant it to him.

    My question is can I just reinstate his original account, which is currently expired and how do I do that? Currently we are not offering the original price so I cant just send him to sign a new account.

    Under his account tab "User Payments/Subscriptions" I notice I can "ADD NEW PAYMENT/SUBSCRIPTION". Can I reinstate him that way by selecting the "1ShoppingCart" Payment System. Will that trigger a payment in 1ShoppingCart and reinstate the recurring payments?

    No, the payment is done in the 1sc system, so adding a payment in your amember system will not bill them.
    Whats there status in the 1sc system? I think you may be able to rebill them there and that will then continue then trigger a payment made in the account at amember.
