They are showing in the stats on the dashboard. However, I can not seem to find the member that cancelled. Can you tell where to find that information? Thanks in advance.
Currently you see cancelled invoices in aMember CP -> Reports -> Payments-> Invoices. There is no search for cancelled invoices. Also we are going to improve daily reports this way: http://bt.amember.com/issues/1125
OK, still something not working properly here, or I do not know how to follow instructions. As you can see in image 1, a cancellation is being reported for today. However, in image 2, the last cancellation reported was 14 days ago (March 9). Am I missing something or is the reporting off a bit?
Timestamp which you see on second screenshot is date/time when invoice was added(and not when it was cancelled).
So, I have the same question as in the OP... How do I find who cancelled on the day the cancellation is made?
