Cancelling recurring payments?

My client is using Paypal for payment processing. I understand that users with Paypal accounts can cancel the recurring payment in their Paypal profile. But for members who opt to pay without creating a Paypal account - how do they cancel the recurring payment?

I dont think you can pay recurring in paypal without creating an account? (but i may be wrong)
