Can't log in after buying product

    I created another product which uses the same protected folder of another product.

    I tested buying the new product to make sure all works. But I can't log in to the new product after buying it. All the settings in the Edit Product/Subscription page are the same for both. But I can't log in.

    When I log in, it says "Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "membership Information Page' to renew or add subscription.

    Then I go to the membership Information Page and it shows the product I just bought and there's a Logout link but I can't get into the product.

    So I tried buying the original product to make sure I could buy it and get into it...and it works fine.

    What have I done wrong and how can I fix it?

    Did you add the product to the protected folder setting?
