Hi all, For wahtever reason the Captcha image is not displaying on my signup page. I have check the following: 1. Captcha is checked in Advanced setting 2. GD is supported and enabled on my server 3. The captcha code in the signup.html script is correct as per Alexander's comments in an earlier post. This was working up to a week ago. Apart from aMember support fixing another issue nothing has changed in my scripts or on the sever. The fix the support team did was to replace/update the following: amember/plugins/protect/php_include/check.inc.php Could there be any connection. Many thanks in advance. Dereck
This suddenly happened on our site as well. Not sure exactly when but it was pointed out today. We did have a server upgrade on Sunday but I'm not sure what was involved. Above, Dereck writes that Captcha is checked in Advanced setting. I don't see the option in my advanced setting. Aboce, Dereck writes that GD is supported and enabled. I don't know what GD is. Advice?
Hi, CVAC, First, GD, if you check ou the following link it will explain: http://www.php.net/manual/en/intro.image.php You can also check to see if your PHP install is supporting GD, login to aMember admin and on the left menu select "Version Info" scroll down until you find the GD entery, if any. Its header is gd. The answer I had from amember support was: "Captcha has been fixed. It was not related issue. Problem was with site.inc.php. There was blank line output in this file." Check your "site.inc.php" file. Hope this helps. Dereck
