CC payments not recurring?

    Hello
    I just upgraded from 3.0.9 to the latest one and now payments are not recurring and it seems like they are attempting to do it every hour? and also after not getting the cc payment .. the user is still active? And when I click on the payment #.. under debug info it does not say any error like "DECLINED" it just says RENEWAL_ORIG RENEWAL_ORIG: 1387 .. i am using first data. please let me know

    please contact us via helpdesk with ftp info and aMember CP login info. I believe you have to configure curl path at
    aMember CP -> Setup -> Advanced
    It might be /usr/bin/curl -k or /usr/local/bin/curl -k

    When I upgraded to V3.1.8PRO I did not see a cron.php file. Is there supposed to be one? My cron job logging appears to have stopped.
