    I am not able to test CCBill with the trial version. . . I would like to know if the credit card information is collected via aMember or are you taken out to CCBill to fill in the billing information. . .

    Information is collected on ccBill website. ccBill doesn't offer any other integration methods.

    I am guessing that with aMember after the billing is successful or fails information is sent back to aMember to complete the susscription signup. . . Is this correct?. . .

    Yes, but while using aMember, there is one more requirement - user must start signup in aMember (it can be very short form - just name and email), then he will be redirected to ccBill and after payment he will be returned to your website and his account will be automatically activated in aMember Pro records.

    Alex... I'm up and running with CCBill now but existing usernames from vBulletin 3 are converted to lower case. Is this a requirement from CCBill or a configuration I can change?

    You can change it. Edit file
    amember/signup.php
    and remove line
    $vars['login'] = strtolower($vars['login']);
