We received the following instructions from CCBill as a result of numerous errors in the datalink logs: Dear CCBill DataLink Client: Due to the overwhelming response to our DataLink system, effective immediately we are implementing new User/Client rules for the system, which include: Data requests will be allowed only once per hour Data requests can be made for only up to one day's worth of data at a time Currently the system seems to be checking once a day and depending on the timing creates all kinds of errors. Where is the timing and frequency of the DataLink process controlled? I can't find any way to reconfigure it to check every hour.
I have successfully integrated CCbill and ECsuite into our amember install. However, the online check portion of the integration is returning an "invalid request(1)" error. From what I can see there are no differences in the integration from the online checks compared to the credit card system for ccbill. Anyone have any tips?
Hi Jeff W, Quick question.... I was wondering if you could share how you integrated EC Suite. I know that it is the same exact platform as CC Bill, but I can't figure out how to edit the CC BIll plugin so when aMember generates the payment processor link it will have ecsuite.com in the URL and not ccbill.com. Any tips would be fantastic. I have also sent in a request for aMember to add this as it should be an extremely quick add for them. Thanks, Mike
