   I moved my database so i need to change hostname in the config. When I try to edit the config file, I get a permission denied error. Also, the "owner" of config.inc.php my username like all files but it's 99
   
   How can I change my database info?

   Never mind. All i had to do is to delete the old config and then upload the new one.
