In version 3 if someone's credit card failed and the subscription expired we would kick start the subscription by adding a new sale with expire date today. Then when the credit card passed we would get our few days back by resetting theexpire date to the correct exire date that it should have been. We have noticed in version 4 no way to change the expire date? Maybe we were doing it wrong on version 3 but we have had more than one occasion to change the expire date. Is there a way to change the xpire date in the new version 4? Don
This can't be done in v4. You should use "Retry On Failure" setting instead if you want to reattempt failed rebills few times.
