    Hello,

I have a ticket open pending response, but would like to also post the question here for peace of mind as soon as possible

I just had amember installed, and requested that the URLs (especially the protected directory) to display a pointer domain name, other than the primary domain name. Unfortunately, I entered the primary domain name on the installation form, unaware of licensing restrictions.

So, now I have this error: License error - license domain doesn't match your domain.

I tried using this solution http://www.amember.com/support/faq.php?do=article&articleid=35, but it gave me this error: The requested URL /plugins/protect/php_include/rewrite.php was not found on this server. I checked the directory, and this file *is* there.

This should be an easy fix, right? They just need to change everything in configuration and license to be the pointer domain name, right?

    Thanks in advance for response!

If domain name in license does not match your actual domain, this FAQ article is not for you!

Just contact support and we will provide you a new license key.
