I have 2 subscription products, the first is $24.95 per month and the second is $299.40 per year. I had a customer sign up for the monthly and has asked me to change him to annual. I cancelled the recurring billing on the first product and created a new payment for the 1 year product, but when I do it will not charge his credit card. I have tried different methods and so far no success. What am I doing wrong? Don VonderBurg
