Changing Member Payment

    I've scoured through the forum and the manual so I apologize in advance if there is an answer to this somewhere but I can't seem to find.

    If I have a member that originally signed up and is on a monthly recurring billing... and I want to change the amount an individual member is charged after the fact how can i do that?

    For example, someone signs up for a $24.95 membership and they win a free lifetime membership we offer. How can I change what's charged for an individual member?

    If the credit card rebilling is done on your site, like authorize.net, then you can change the amount if you have permission from the member. If its a 3rd party like paypal, 2co, clickbank, then you can't.

    To give them free unlimited- you would just cancel the account with the payment processor and change their length of membership in amember.
