Changing product subscription for user not working

    Hello,
    We're using Amember as a membership management utility. I want to change a user from one membership/product to another. I manually added the product we want to move him to in "Payments" in his account, but the one he was in originally does not have the delete icon available to remove it. It won't allow me to change the dates for that original product, either. How do I remove his access from the first product so he only has access to the second one?

    Using version 4.2.17.
