We have decided to lower our prices to our members. Their billing in amember shows anywhere from $79.95 a month to $99.95 a month. Some signed up at $79.95, used a $20.00 coupon that didn't apply properly so the original rebill on paypal was set up at $79.95 as well. Because we have decided to lower our prices for everyone, we figured it would be nice just to go in to paypal and update the recurring payments to $59.95 I am just concerned that amember will not show this as a complete payment and the member will go to expired status. I think some of my members went to expired when I issued a $20.00 refund in paypal.... not sure. Anyways, just want to see if we don't have to change anything on the amember end or if I will need to update my product codes on all of them. Thanks!
I dont think so- you cant change billing amounts in paypal. Would be very dangerous for them to allow- sign up for $10 and the owner then changes to $1000.... David
