Charging A Set-up Fee?

I want to charge $50 as a set-up fee when users sign up plus $10 per month. How could I do that using paypal subscriptions?

Set
Trial 1 Duriation = 1m
Trial 1 Price = 60
Period = 1m
Price = 10

It will work only for PayPal and WorldPay!
