I had a customer call in to cancel their subscription about a month ago. Their subscription was canceled but they are now attempting to file a chargeback. Is there a way to check what date and/or time I canceled their subscription so I can attempt to match it up with the corresponding phone record?
If you go to their user record and find the payment, clcik edit. There may be a record on that page. Or do a search for their email or other id in the error log. More info may be there. David
