    Hi

I have set up aMember and clickbank, and it's all working fine, except normally I have address information required (for tax purposes), but the clickbank orderform doesn't collect addresses. Is there any way to get it to, and to pass the address details to aMember?

Also, clickbank doesn't allow users to select their own username, so a username and password is generated and sent to the user. Then, if they try to change just their password in the members area, they are also asked to fill in their name and address details, as these were not passed through by clickbank.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks
    Dan

I believe you use clickbank in front of aMember?
I don't know how to configure clickbank account to ask address info on payment, but from IPN message I see that address info should be sent to amember. So this is possible to modify plugin and include it.
Please contact me in helpdesk I will help.

It seems that Clickbank is passing all the information to aMember, the problem is that Clickbank doesn't collect the address, only the ZIP and Country, and I can't see anywhere to configure additional fields.

Does anyone know if you can do that?

Also, Clickbank collects the name in a single field, whereas aMember uses First name and Last name.

    Thanks

Actually, if customers come through Clickbank, I don't even need their address. The reason I want to collect it, is because I need it for customers signing up through paypal (for tax purposes) so I have 'use address info' set to Yes (required), so that they have to enter their address on the signup form.

If someone signs up through clickbank, their username and password is auto-generated, and if they go to members area to change their username and password, they are then required to complete the name and address info, as it is set to required.

Is there a way that I can set the address info to required only for users paying through PayPal? (or for a certain price group?)

It would still be useful to have the first name and last name sent through from Clickbank however, for use in emails etc.

    Thanks
