    Hi,

I'm testing the free version in anticipation of purchasing the pro version but I have a problem I can't resolve.

Everything works and I think is setup correct to process CB payments.

    I have a product # which matches the CB product # - assume it's #1.

I have a secret keyword that is exactly the same in CB and Amember.

I'm processing $0 charges to test things but when I get to the proper thanks.php page (in the CB plugin directory) I get this message:

"Errors detected during the sign-up procedure
    Please contact the site administrator

    Incorrect submission #. Contact webmaster".

In order to try and debug it I've change the secret keyword a couple times based on the only other post I could find that mentioned this problem in conjunction with Clickbank.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Mark

After doing a little playing around trying to figure this out I'm more stumped than ever but maybe I'm doing something seriously wrong.

If I click on the Clickbank order link like it may be on a sales letter I still get the error mentioned in my first post.

If I order through signup.php it's no problem at all.

Is the issue that you must send a customer through signup.php? A person can't order through a regular link?

    Thanks,
    Mark

They will need to go through signup.php

In the pro version you can use price groups and have different signup pages for different groups of products.

I'm having the same problem. Sign up page works fine but the 'thank you' link I added in clickbank does not. Confused what to do.

    Help,
