Clickbank question - plese help

    Hi there, thanks for all the great tips!

    I have a question about Clickbank.

    I read in the forum that when I redirect my customers to thankyou page other than aMember/thanks.html, the customer remains pending (which is the problem I have right now). If I direct them via clickbank to this page do they automatically become active?

    Now the other problem I have with this feature.

    I only have one clickbank account, and don't want to open a second one. How to I integrate the thanks.html page to work with more than one clickbank item i sell.

    To comply with clickbank's rules, the price, method of delivery and recurring price must be shown on the thankyou page. How can I do this if I only have one thankyou page, but more than one product that sells at different prices?

    I changed the thanks url in clickbank but now I get this error.

    Errors detected during the sign-up procedure
    Please contact the site administrator

    Incorrect submission #0. Contact webmaster

    I assume it will work if the visitor actually completes the sign up / payment process, than amember will fill the page with correct data,

    however we have to have working thank you page before clickbank will accept the product.

    any help appreciated

    Would it have not been better Alexander to post a solution here rather than everyone with this same issue contacting support?


    I'm trying to find my way through the setup of ClickBank and I'm at a compete loss as to how or what goes were.

    Is there a step by step some were on how to setup and use the ClickBank plug-in?

    Even when adding your ClickBank info in aMember admin there is a box that says "Your ClickBank secret phrase"... were can I find my ClickBank secret phrase?

    I'm having the same issue. Love to hear how to handle this. I did the thank you url according to the aMember documentation, and have set it up to comply with Clickbanks policies. ( Which in my case is the url of http://www.giftbasketmessageboard.com/amember/thanks.php )

    However, I just had someone join yesterday (before I was done testing ), and their account never activated. I had to manually activate their account in order for them to access the site.

    Is there something I need to do to trigger the activation.

    When I do the link http://www.giftbasketmessageboard.com/amember/plugins/payment/clickbank/thanks.php , I get the same signup error that daniewium gets.

    Love to see the solution.

    Recurring payments...

    Just wanted to ask, how did you get Clickbank to accept the thank you page? I have been working on the wording for a long time and they keep saying change "Processed" to "Verified". Their reason is that they do not process the payments, only verify them.
