Conditional Pricing

Can the following be done:

Membership A: $30
Membership B: $20
Membership C: $20

Each membership goes to different areas. This part is no problem. However, what we would like to do is:

If someone has purchased a Membership A for $30, then the price for B or C is $15 instead of $20. The price is conditional.

You may do something like that using coupons.
