Manage Products: Problem one: I have a one time payment of $250 that includes access to three online school's. Each of the three is listed in the "additional URLs" box. I'm confused about something. I have the duration set for 20 years. Recurring Billing is not checked. Here's the problem. It says "Recurring Times Recurring Times. This is the number of payments which will occur at the regular rate. If omitted, payment will continue to recur at the regular rate until the subscription is cancelled. NOTE: not for all payment processing this option is working" This tells me that if I leave it blank they will be charged again, something I don't want to happen. The statement "NOTE: not for all payment processing this option is working" makes absolutely no sense at all. Problem two: Also, when I check their access by logging in with their username and password, though its sense they have access to the three schools, they don't. I have to go in and manually and add them to three schools to their accounts. This is not acceptable. Please help.
