Hi there, We are using our program only to manage member access to a protected area of our site. We have one product (basic access) and it is free. All we ask is that people request membership and create an account. For that reason, I have it set up for membership to be requested and manually approved by the admin. When a membership is requested: The admin receives an email stating that a membership request needs approval. The user receives an email stating that their memberdship request is under review. Unfortunately, when the membership request is approved, the new member does not received a confirmation email stating so. The only way I can see for this to happen is through the "invoice approval" section, which really doesn't apply. Am I missing something? Thank you for your help, Mary Beth
