Confirmation Email to User when Manually Approved

    Hi there,

    We are using our program only to manage member access to a protected area of our site. We have one product (basic access) and it is free.

    All we ask is that people request membership and create an account.

    For that reason, I have it set up for membership to be requested and manually approved by the admin.

    When a membership is requested:
    1. The admin receives an email stating that a membership request needs approval.
    2. The user receives an email stating that their memberdship request is under review.
    Unfortunately, when the membership request is approved, the new member does not received a confirmation email stating so.
    The only way I can see for this to happen is through the "invoice approval" section, which really doesn't apply.
    Am I missing something?

    Do you have an email set to be sent after the product is ordered?
    Try setting for day 0.
