    Hi,

I'm doing some testing and am confused about something that's happening.

I signed up for a "premier" membership on my test site. Then, I cancelled my subscription. I assumed I would lose access, or be dropped down to some lower subscription (although I haven't found where I would specify this).

However, it still looks like I am linked with the premier membership and have access to directories that are supposed to be protected from that. Even though my status is "Canceled".

    What am I missing here?

Thanks in advance for any insights.

    SB

It is a common mistake. You cancelled next rebill, but you won't get money back, right? Your access will be revoked when PAID period expires.

If admin decides to do moneyback(refund), he must also disable customer subscirption in aMember CP manually.

Thanks. That helps a lot. Do do refund, the admin has to do that manually through a merchant bank interface, right? There isn't an aMember function for that, is there?

Yes, refunds must be processed on payment system side.
