Copied product, new users can't access protected area

    I made a copy of an existing product and while new buyers can get subscribed to the product successfully, they can't access the protected area.

    They get this message upon login:

    Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription.

    But everything in the newly copied product seems the same ... the only thing I changed was the descriptive fields (I was taking a $44/month product and making a $197/month version).

    Same thing happened when I created a copy of a non-recurring (single pay) product.

    Any ideas?

    Did you add the product to the "protect folders" area?
