Lately my amember site has been getting a number of refunds and I would like to look into counter-offering a cheaper subscription rate when they email me to unsubscribe. (Better collecting some money from them than none am I right : )). My question is I dont want other potential customers seeing this SUPER CHEAP discounted rate (the counter offer price) on the signup page. Is there anyway I could put the counter-offer on a separate signup page? Is this clear the way I explained it? Alex
Do you mean refunds or people who exit your signup page? If its an exit- look for an exit pop up script, and link to a product with a negative price_group. If its refunders, you will have to email them and offer a coupon. David
