Currently our product (we only have 1) is billed at $X per month, once per month until canceled. I would like to KEEP that, and add a coupon that gives them 2 months free, and then they are billed as normal afterwards (unless they cancel.) The coupon is only given to certain people, not everyone, so I don't want to modify the product itself so that everyone receives 2 months free. So far the coupon I've created for 2 months free, seems to set the expiry date in 30 days, instead of 60 days, and also does not request any billing information at all. Advice? Tips etc?
Being able to do this may depend on your payment system. Which are you using? Can you post your coupon settings? David
