I would like to apply the coupon % discount code to second, third...product in the shopping cart (excluding the first one). Is this possible? The real life scenarion is that i want to offer a % discount for the second, third...product when the buyer is on the "Your Basket" page(before checkout). So on the "Basket" page(user gets here after adding the first product in cart) i display a message "Add a "second" product discounted 20%." re, goran
What you can do is offer a OTO (one time offer) for them to buy the additional products after the 1st product has been purchased. David
Good idea! But it would still be better to offer them this option just before checkout, so that they dont need to purchase 2 times.
Create a psuedo 1st page then? EG: Link to 1st product page, clicked- then offer 1st with 2nd, no, signup form for #1. Yes? signup form with #1 and #2. Only caveat- more pages pre-payment = more change to abandon. David
