coupon error

i just recently decided to create coupons and this is the error i received:

Fatal error: Smarty error: [in admin/coupon_gen.html line 54]: syntax error: unidentified token '.request.disable_date' (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 1357) in /home/citizen/public_html/members/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1102


i just recently upgraded from 2.1.8 to 2.1.9

any ideas?

i did this today and still receive the error.

do i need to e-mail you personal information so that you can access my files?

same problem after upgrade...

tried removing all files and uploading from scratch

apparently it's a problem with the update and not our uploading methods.

are you working on resolving this issue?

is there any additional information you would like me to provide?

this is a time critical situation for me, because i will no longer be developing my employer's site (the one utilizing amember) after this week and would like to have everything working upon my departure.

I hope you have posted this issue to support. Problems there get a response right away. The forums are not checked often and so you may have a wait. These forums are more for customers to communicate with each other. I don't think any customers can help.
