I have an issue here. I have set-up coupons so that if someone pays for a subscription package at a higher price, they can use the coupon to identify which free product (in this case it is a choice of books) they want. Well, the coupn works but when i look at coupon usage, the statistics section shows only if it has been used. Not by whom. Is there an easy way to LINK the coupn usage to the paying customers? Meaning, if I click on statistics, it will show a list of people who used that coupon upon registering? Thanks!
Praha, I'm not sure if I understand your setup - may be if you contact us, we will find another way to handle it, it looks like an incorrect usage of coupons. Unfortunately, coupons stats are not implemented yet. We are working on this.
I also would like to see the coupons stats. This post was last used in 2004???? No updates since then?
I love amember. It makes me money Anyhow, anyone find a way to track coupons yet? I have four companies I've given separate coupons to and need a way of reporting to them who of their employees or referral sources used the coupons. All I could find within amember is a stat counter that shows the number of usages of the coupons, but not by whom. Hopefully coupon use tracking is a feature of aMember. Otherwise will need to find a 3rd-party tracking method to add to thank you page or some other solution for tracking coupon usage. There are external shopping cart services that claim to integrate with amember in this way, but why pay ongoing monthly fees and a percentage of your sales just to track coupon use? I'd rather not share my hard-earned sales with others each month if I don't have ta. PayPal and Clickbank and ebay already get portions of my sales. Not interested in connecting the mouth of another monthly money-sucker to my accounts if I don't need to. thanks Andre PS: Oh. I just thought of something. Another idea is just to make copies of products and give each referral source a different product link. Is an ok solution if you're only dealing with a handful of tracking sources. Not practical if dealing with hundreds though.
How about setting up a subdomain, that redirects to an affiliate- then you'll track the stats via the affiliate signup? David
Hello, Are you selecting "Coupon Statistics". This allows you to search for coupons used by date or coupon number. Is the information provided not what you need? If not could you explain what you want to see displayed? My version shows the member that used the coupon. I have coupon(s) that can only be used one time. So I don't know what is displayed or happens for coupons that can be used more than 1 time by multiple users. Is that the problem you are having? Jimmy
This is one of those "duh" moments. I read the 2004 post from Praha above and didn't realize the coupon statistics do show which member used the coupon. That's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.
