Coupons Not Working

    Hello:

    Is anyone having a problem with coupons in Paypal Pro? I'm trying to use a 100% coupon but its not working. if i reduce it to 90% it will show up and discount.

    What does not work exactly? Do you get any errors?

    If the percentage is 100%, the discount simply doesn't show. It's like no coupon was ever entered. If you have the coupon do like 90% it will work.

    This is with Paypal pro.

    Have you added coupon brick to signup form? (aMember CP -> Forms Editor -> Edit Signup Forn)

    Of course, otherwise the customer would not be able to input the coupon.

    Mind answering my question about what the issue was with the OP?

    I am beginning to think you guys do not care about your own clients needs or reputations.

    I have had issues and tickets for over week with no pertinent response or anything more than cursory one line responses as the questions and issues are continually ignored.

    OP = original post.

    When I say coupon codes are not working, what else is there to know?

    Input the code and it doesn't work.

    That is the only way I know how anyone could know that a code does not work.

    Maybe you are experiencing the same thing I have been experiencing form you - vagueness in description.

    FYI (for what it is worth) the coupons and the ipn notifications are still not working even though you say they are.

    We are STILL handling everything manually.
