What is the correct way to create a User account for my client (with unlimited duration)? They do not require an aMember admin account. I have created a User & manually added the longest supscription period - 180 days. Do I have to create a 'dummy product' of unlimited duration? This seems quite a labourious option & I am hoping there is a simple solution, such as checking 'is approved'...
Simply create a product, such as "Lifetime Member" and set the period to "Lifetime". Then manually apply this product to the user. Don't get spooked when you initially see 12/31/37 as the expiration date because it will switch to "Lifetime" when you complete the process.
