Is there a way to validate the credit card info before linkpoint take the payment from member? I just notice this mornign that when user uses a fake credit card number and subscribe to my product and it sent to linkpoint. Linkpoint takes it but says "This is a FRAUD Credit card" that means I won't get any money, but this user is fully active member. What to do now?
Michael, I thought it is LinkPoint resposibility to validate credit cards, isn't it? Why do you think you (or me) can do it better? aMember accepts subscription only when LinkPoint says that it is accepted. Anyway, you should take this situation. I think that card has passed LinkPoint automatic validation, but later, LinkPoint staff has checked order manually and found that it is fraud. Believe me, it is better than receive chargeback additionally.

Hey Michael I think you should call in the transaction and verify the card. At times card processing machines can have a glitch or two. Since the user is a fully active member I would double check before declining the transaction.
