I'm weak with creating queries, so I hope someone here can help.

I have noticed that many of my subscribers are cancelling out of the process in Paypal before payment. They may eventually come back and complete the purchase process. But all of those abandoned transactions are still showing up in their user records in the amember database.

I would like to search these out in phpmyadmin and delete the incomplete records. Is this possible?

    Thanks!

I do market to them. Their registration records are in the system.

I have many "products" that I sell that are actually lifetime registrations for online classes. So, each member has multiple "subscriptions" in their member record. Right now I have over 7000 registered members. Most of them are registered for multiple classes.

When signing up for a class, if a member gets to Paypal and then backs out, it creates an incomplete registration in that person's member record. What I want to remove are the extra incomplete registrations, not the user record.

What aMember version are you using? 3.x?

aMember CP -> Delete Old Records -> Pending Payments
