I've used amember pro for years and have never had any problems with recurring billing or with customers cancelling. However, in the past 2 months, I have had between 5-10 customers complain that they were rebilled after clicking cancel. In all cases, they were still recurring members, but their stories of logging in to cancel seem to check out (I can see from access logs they accessed member.php on the days they said they cancelled). I personally can easily cancel their memberships, so the script is working fine, but it requires a second click on the usual "Are you sure you want to cancel this recurring subscription?" popup. Has anyone else had an increase in this type of problem, where users think they canceled but really haven't? I'm trying to figure out if maybe there is a problem with this pop-up now being blocked on some new version of a browser/operating system, and if this is a problem that we all are going to see increasing. Any comments would be appreciated.
