This is hoping someone can answer what could go wrong. 1. Customer is paid 2. Account is active 3. Checked all possible reasons why she can't log in (ex. IP lock) and this is not the case. She logs in and clicks on her membership and gets an error: Access to this membership area is not allowed. Please go to "Membership information page" to renew or add subscription WHAT??? She just paid and is in good standing... no flags on the account. Why would this happen.
