When I test my membership account, I have the following problem. After payment and customer verification email is completed, the customer is required to sign in, but after entering ID and password it immediately returns to the screen that just asked for ID and password. It never allows customer to enter site. Any one have suggestions, thanks.
Are you trying to have them login on an amember protected folder? Does the folder have the correct product added to the protect folder settings? David
Yes, login goes to a protected amember folder, and the product is added to the product folder settings. Robert
