I am setting amember up for the first time. I have a 1-year product where I need flexible payment options: pay in full, automatic monthly billing, or pay as able. Basically so they start with the balance for the full year, and each payment, whether automatically billed each month or manually paid, reduces that balance until they are paid in full. And so the client can login to their account and change how they are billed whenever they need to. Sort of like how your credit card lets you pay the remaining balance, the minimum monthly, or whatever amount you type in. The payment plugin info in the manual was not clear enough that this could not be accomplished with amember pro as is. I saw all the flexible ways it could handle billing, and didn't realize you would have to have a separate product for each billing scheme, that they couldn't be combined into the same product. I put in a support ticket and Alex responded "Well currently aMember can't work such way, but this is possible as customization. Unfortunately we can't do such customization now because our workstack is full already." Is there anyone else out there who can help us? And what would the cost be? Unfortunately, we can't really use the software until we can figure out a way to get the billing to work the way we need it to. Thank you! Melissa
