Customizing what is displayed in the order (duration) field

Hi all,

I want to change what is displayed when a user clicks on the dropdown select box to select a product.

I have three item which can be ordered and each one displays the item description: example:

200 Credits ($10.00 for lifetime subscription)

What I am trying to do is make the list look like:

200 Credits ($10.00)

leaving off the "for lifetime subscription"

Can anyone help.
