I have and issue I have not been able to solve

I upgraded the amember install from 3.2.3 to 3.2.4 and now I am getting the following error when I try and move the install to a new server. I tried MYPHP, COMMAND LINE, and AMEMBER BACKUP and they fail. It looks like the upgrade failed or was run twice based on the errors but I can not find a fix solution. I may also be wrong. Any input anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated. I can not roll back because the upgrade worked on the dev server so I applied to the live server and I have had new transaction in the live install.

I have tried the amember backup feature and it says Operation failed "the file is not a valid amember pro backup"

I have tried MYPHP and I am getting the following error

    " SQL query: > > -- -- Dumping data for table `amember_admins` -- INSERT INTO `amember_admins` (`admin_id`, `login`, `pass`, `last_login`, `last_ip`, `last_session`, `email`, `super_user`, `perms`) VALUES (2, 'admin', '12wpVvAnjyC.s', '2011-09-17 23:13:30', '70.190.214.116', 'ja8ggeeol3anv1jqpgimlqjhc1', 'john@digitalscrapbookexperts.com', 1, 'N;'), (3, 'sherri', '$1$HNsRip1Y$qPNwdIxOSwLHTbSt/yd7s/', '2011-03-11 21:29:42', '69.242.230.138', '4ki8l083pp1u25je3b29429oe7', 'sherri@ digitalscrapbookexperts.com', 0, 'a:2:{s:12:"browse_users";s:1: "1";s:13:"list_payments";s:1:"1";}'), (4, 'mara', '$1$2DxCAVyV$ScOUpiMOd1i8ZeK0CLads.', '2011-09-07 11:27:15', '24.251.43.50', 'fne8d6jlard17r1tdfar9petf1', 'mara@digitalscrapbookexperts.com', 0, 'a:6:{s:12:"browse_users";s:1: "1";s:9:"add_users";s:1:"1";s: 10:"edit_users";s:1:"1";s:13:" list_payments";s:1:"1";s:15:" manage_payments";s:1:"1";s:5:"email";s:1:"1";}'), (5, 'CGIcentral', '$1$vCpMzGsk$uZqq6E5i. z0X0WdAau5ZZ.', '2010-12-30 03:30:30', '82.116.39.130', 'fk7agv[...] > > MySQL said: Documentation > #1062 - Duplicate entry 'admin' for key 2 >"

I have tired using the command line and I get the following error:

ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' at line 1.

If you get this error you need to create a blank database with no users and then do the import via command line then create your user.

Anton was great help as the amember team always is!
