Hi I thought I would ask my question here as well as the support desk. I have gone live with Amember and my business and I have found what appears to be a bug. Amember randomly decides to set subscriptions to products people buy in the future. So they cant get it until I go into admin and fix the dates. I am sure this is random with various products. I tested myself by purchasing 4-5 download products and one gave me a date range of 2006-2007 then when I bought it again I got 2008-2009 Any ideas why this happens? I am seeing this with customers that are logging on and buying product access with credit cards. After 4-5 customers complained I started noticing it then tested myself and found the same issue on a totally different product. The product that messes up seems random. I also have rebuilt the database withthe admin option. No luck. SO the deal is a customer complains they cant see their purchase from member.php and you go investigate and see its in the FUTURE. Change the dates manually and fixed. I cant do this for hundreds of new customers. Thanks for any help, Doug Jones Screenshot:
I would not name it bug... Please have a look to "Renewal Group" filed in product settings (aMember Cp -> Manage Products).
