does anyone have any idea what "Declined Perm" means?

    I'm doing a $1 30 day trial period followed by $97 and
I'm receiving a fairly high percentage (say, 35%) rebill failure.

And I'm seeing "Declined" and "Declined Perm" ...

    what gives?

Declined mean that there is temporary problem with customer cc info like insufficient funds
Declined perm mean that there is permanent problem with customer cc info, like credit card is expired or locked

does "declined perm" mean that amember will not attempt to rebill again? I'm seeing decline perm for AVS mismatch, and for "declined" ... wiould love to see if my AVS settings are fouling my business. :)
