Hi everyone, here is my scenario and the problem that is happening. I am using amember with vbulletin and the new member signup goes through amember for registrations. Amember: 1) User signs up in amember with a choice of [Free], [Bronze], [Silver] and [Gold]. 2) If user chooses one of the three paid plans from signup then all is fine. 3) If user signs up as free user then that is fine. 4) If user signs up as Free and then chooses a paid plan the start date is set to future. 5) If user upgrades from Bronze to Silver or Gold then also start date is future. Vbulletin: Free is a primary usergroup in vbulletin and product is set in amember. Bronze is also another primary usergroup in vbulletin and product is set in amember. Silver is also another primary usergroup in vbulletin and product is set in amember. Gold is also another primary usergroup in vbulletin and product is set in amember. I have a feeling maybe each product should have a different renewal group in amember? And if so will any new product from amember override the existing level and adjust the usergroup in vbulletin? It seems to me that logically this scenario should be possible.
