It would appear that aMember no longer support or offer limited support now for this product. Yes, I know it is the holiday period but I am referring to the last few months not the last few days. Before I never had any problems with support when "Alex" was available however the recent support team don't seem to care or have limited knowledge of what is involved in aMmeber thus sending myself and probably many others to seek an alternative product
Over the years Amember support has been the best I ever encountered - going above and beyond any reasonable expectations time and again. Lately - past few months, as you say - they are maybe not quite as fast (or maybe it's just that if anything goes wrong, I always find out on Friday night!). But they're still as helpful and thorough as ever - logging in to my site to fix things for me, sending free code snippets to achieve what I need, above all always reading what I ask. A breath of fresh air compared to experiences with bigger companies that seem staffed by cut-and-paste robots.
